GenerousLegal.ai operates as an independent affiliate and lead generation platform on behalf of The AI Agency, LLC (theaiagencyusa.com), a voice AI solutions company based in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Our role is to identify and qualify prospective clients for The AI Agency, LLC’s voice AI services for legal teams and organizations.

Important note: This type of information may be provided by callers and can include sensitive details depending on the use case.

4) Service Provider vs. Controller (important for business clients)
Generous Legal may act in two different roles:
- As a “service provider/processor” when we process caller and end-user data on behalf of a business client using our Services.
- As a “controller/business” when we collect data directly for our own purposes (for example: Site analytics, inbound inquiries, and billing).
If you called or interacted with an AI voice agent operated for a specific organization, that organization may control your information and can provide additional privacy details.
5) How we share information
We may share information:
- With vendors and service providers who help us run our business (for example: hosting, analytics, customer support tools, email delivery, scheduling, payment processing, communications/telephony providers, and AI/ML infrastructure providers).
- With The AI Agency, LLC (theaiagencyusa.com, Las Vegas, Nevada) — our affiliate partner. When you submit an inquiry or are identified as a qualified lead through the Site, we share your name, contact information, and legal inquiry details with The AI Agency, LLC so they can follow up regarding their voice AI services. By submitting your information on this Site, you consent to this transfer.
- For legal and security reasons if required to comply with law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense.
6) Call recordings and consent
